In order to offer you the best of our advice and guidance, we want to learn as much about you and your business as possible, so we ask that you fill out a comprehensive questionnaire and create a secret Pinterest board of images that you feel best represent your brand. Joelle is a Graphic Designer, that specializes in branding and WordPress web design for freelancers, solopreneurs, and small businesses - like-minded entrepreneurs who have a great passion for what they do.
After graduating from St. Lawrence College with an advanced diploma in Graphic Design, she spent over a decade in a traditional print and publishing design studio as an educational illustrator and Graphic Designer.
With a passion for branding and design, over a decade of professional experience, and a love of building WordPress websites, she went on to launch Format Creative, a boutique design studio in 2011.
She is fueled by the enthusiasm in that moment when all the elements come together, and everything just clicks.
Timeline
All design projects take place during a block of time, with a start date and an end-date (launch date). During that time we both have a series of deadlines to meet to complete the project. Typically, the block of time is a 4-6 weeks for the Branding + Website Design Package (but can vary depending on the scope of the project).
We book a very limited number of projects during that block of time, so spots fill up quickly.

Absolutely! We can help you choose the right domain name and hosting for your needs. We’ll even set it up for you.
What is the payment schedule?
We ask that a 50% payment be made when booking your project, with final payment due before launch day. Payment plans are available on request.
What if I need more design work than what’s listed in the package?
No problem. We offer a wide range of design services. Just let us know what you need, and we’ll be happy to provide an estimate.
Should I hire a professional photographer for a branding shoot?
The most successful & beautiful designs have all included professional, branded photos. Great photos help better establish your brand and connect with clients. Your customers want to see who you are, and professional photos puts your best face forward.
