How long will the photo shoot take?

A Typical business of around 500 square feet will take about 1.5 hours.

What should I do to prepare?

You may clean and tidy up before the session, but the purpose of the shoot is to show your customers what to expect on an average day.

Should people be included in the photo shoot?

The focus of the photos is the inside of your business. The aim is to have as few people as possible in the photos. We encourage you to book a time that you are typically slow (we do require daylight). You should let your employees and customers know that a photo shoot is taking place. Any people that happen to be photographed will have their faces blurred as per Google's requirements. Some sensitive businesses should not have anybody present at all.

Can I embed these images on my website?

Yes, this is a perfect way to offer an immersive experience of you location.

Where will these images appear?

Google may use these images in a variety of it's products, including Google Search, Google Maps,  Street View, Google Places, etc… Published content could also appear on third-party websites and apps that use Google embeddable widgets or Google API.

Who owns the photos?

Once the photoshoot is complete, and final payment is made, you will have full reproduction rights.

Can I review the photos before they go live?

Due to the nature of the technology, you will not be able to review the photos before they go live.

Can I take down my images?

To request the removal of your images click on the “Report a Problem” link on the images where you see issues.
